Jerry Traylor, amazing inspirational speaker, who jogged across the US in 1985 - on crutches! He is a living testimony of the fantastic potential latent in every person. We need to learn to unlock that potential by thinking positively, believe in God, develop confidence in oneself and never be afraid to try and keep trying the next and next challenge. Sunrise as we're leaving camp. Most of my photos I take(carefully!) one-handed while cycling, as it saves lots of time. I also perfected the skill to peel a banana with one hand and teeth, as well as to unwrap a cheese string with tongue and teeth, all on the move.
