Flowers in the garden of the church

Dear friends in Madison, Jan and Ingrid Muller, ex-South Africans like Kobie & me, whose hospitality was dearly appreciated, as they invited us to spend the two weekend nights at their lovely home.

Cleaning bikes next to the gear truck in Madison.

We were spoiled beyond words....my sore quads being massaged here.....what a life!! Thanks to the wonderful people at Crossroads CRC in for the wonderful reception we enjoyed there!

Andy Hiemstra's feet being massaged after a footspa bubble treatment.

The praise team at the celebration rally at Crossroads church. The best musicians ever. Great brass section and played jazz style with confidence and flair. What a delight to listen to them!
A ministry fair and a delicious lunch of brat sausages, buns and salads happened outside under huge tents. We got treated to Slush ice and fountain drinks as well. The weather was perfect!

Our great new friends of South African heritage, Jan and Ingrid Muller. They grew up in the same area I did back in South Africa. They have lived in Madison for 10 years now and Jan is the Clerk of council for Crossroads Communiy CRC in Madison. We met them when the bike tour visited the church for the weekend, and they invited us to spend two nights with them in their very beautiful house. We hope they can come visit us in Canada next year as they have not seen Niagara yet. It is great that Kobie can be part of the tour now as support vehicle driver.
